What are credits?
Credits are Aioomi's billing unit. Each credit is worth $0.001 (one tenth of a cent). When you subscribe to a plan, you receive a monthly credit allowance that your AI agents draw from every time they respond to a customer.
How credits are consumed
Each AI interaction costs credits based on three factors:
- Model used — Different AI models have different per-token costs.
- Prompt length — Longer conversations with more context use more input tokens.
- Response length — Detailed answers cost more than short replies.
A typical question-and-answer exchange uses roughly 3 to 10 credits. Longer conversations and premium models cost more per interaction.
Estimating your usage
The tier labels (1K, 5K, 10K, etc.) represent approximate message counts. Actual usage varies based on conversation complexity. Use the table below to find the right tier for your volume.

When credits run out
If your agent uses all its credits before the billing cycle renews, it will pause automatically. No charges are incurred beyond your plan price. Your agent resumes at the start of the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your billing dashboard.
